Hand Pies

Hand pies are small, hand-held pastries filled with sweet or savory fillings that have origins in many parts of the world (cornish pasties, samosas, empanadas, Jamaican patties, and piroshki, just to name a few). We’ll be making a sweet and savory version in this workshop with whatever is in season.
