Help Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard make the 2012 Homeward Bound walk the most successful ever! Consider forming a team in your workplace, place of worship or community group.
Homeward Bound is a 5k walk to fight hunger and homelessness in Bloomington. This annual spring event raises money through donations from people, to support agencies doing hard work on the front lines. Every year Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard benefits from hundreds of people coming together to walk for a reason. We are looking for people to from teams and help raise money for the walk!
How to get involved:
1) Join our “Hub Family” team or create your own team on Homeward Bound’s website and designate Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard as the benefiting agency.
2) Donate to the Hub Family here. Ask family, friends, and colleagues to make a financial donation supporting your walk. If you would like assistance in raising support, emaill Mary Beth Wendelin, Director of Development, marybeth@mhcfoodpantry.org or call 812-339-5887.
3) Walk for MHC on April 15, 2012!
